1. Do you ship worldwide?
Currently, we are unable to ship to the EU or UK. For international folks (Minus EU, apologies) You can check out my etsy
2. What is your return policy?
Unfortunately we do not accept returns - however if there is an issue with your order please contact me and I will happily resolve it. If more than a week has passed since you have received your item, I will be unable to help with a resolution
3. When will my order ship?
My processing time typically is 7-12 days. However, if your order includes a preorder item it will not ship until the preorder item is in stock!
4. Can I cancel my order?
In stock orders can be canceled anytime before they ship. Preorders can only be canceled within 5 days of the order due to their made-to-order nature

Yes! We have lots of extra behind the scenes, and occasional give aways. Plus a sweet community of over 3000 members!
2. Where can I learn more about the Sugarbell Pals?
At the moment, we don't have a designated page for them, but a new website specifically for the pals will be coming soon!
